There’s something extraordinary about exploring the world on two wheels.
On a bike, you move fast enough to cover real ground, yet slow enough to take everything in. Unlike a car, you’re not sealed off from your surroundings – every shift in the landscape, every change in scent and sound becomes part of the experience. And unlike walking, you can explore vast regions, from river valleys to mountain foothills, in just a few days.
In Slovenia, cycling isn’t just a pastime. For us, it’s part of who we are, a way to connect with the world. From an early age, riding offered both adventure and freedom, a chance to see familiar places from a fresh perspective.
But the urge to explore didn’t stop at home. Soon, our wheels took us beyond Slovenia’s borders, tracing scenic routes into the Dolomites, along the sun-drenched Dalmatian coast, and eventually across the continent. Each journey expanded our horizons, revealing new landscapes, cultures, and a deep appreciation for the open road.
Who Are We
In Germany, cycling is a way of life as well. From city bike lanes to countryside trails, the country is built for exploring on two wheels. For us, it started with rides through familiar landscapes, but curiosity soon pushed us further.
At first, it was weekend rides along the Rhine, tracing quiet river paths between half-timbered villages. Then came the Moselle, where vineyard-covered hills rolled past like something out of a painting. Before long, we were riding through the Black Forest, the Bavarian Alps, and Saxon Switzerland – each journey revealing something new.
With a team of passionate cyclists, we knew we had to share these experiences.
The more we explored, the more we realized that Germany is one of Europe’s greatest cycling destinations. The routes are endless – whether you’re pedaling past castle-studded rivers, winding through medieval towns, or following paths carved by Roman legacies. But what makes cycling here truly special is how naturally history, culture, and landscapes come together on every ride.
